1. General provisions

These Terms of use govern the relationship between FINDESK AI LLC, company code 45725824, and users of the FinDesk platform. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Service description

FinDesk is an AI platform for accounting automation and tax reporting workflows for businesses working in Ukraine. The Service may include tax report preparation, income records, document generation, AI-assisted accounting guidance, income limit monitoring and integrations with public services.

3. Registration and account

To use the Service, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, immediately report unauthorized access and not transfer access to third parties. You are responsible for actions performed through your account.

4. Payments and subscriptions

The Service may include free and paid features. Subscription price depends on the selected plan. Payments are made through available payment methods. A subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. The Company may change prices with prior notice.

5. Refunds

Refunds may be provided if a paid service cannot be delivered because of a technical issue on the Company's side, if funds were charged twice, or if a refund request is submitted within 14 days after payment and the paid service was not used. Send refund requests to Info@findesk.ai with payment confirmation and a description of the situation.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to the Service, including software, design, logos, texts and other materials, belong to the Company and are protected by Ukrainian intellectual property law. Copying, modifying or distributing Service materials without written consent is prohibited.

7. User responsibility

Users must use the Service only for lawful purposes, must not disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software or provide knowingly inaccurate data.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, absolute accuracy of AI-generated guidance or compatibility with every device or software environment. AI guidance is informational and does not replace professional accounting advice.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy policy, which is part of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Company may update these Terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-Service notice. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, does not pay for paid services, threatens Service security or when required by law enforcement. A user may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, if unresolved, by the competent court at the Company's location.
